Our Policy

If, after six weeks of complete attendance at Kindermusik, with regular use of your home materials, and after consultation and discussion with your teacher, your satisfaction with Kindermusik is not what we all expected; we will refund the balance of your tuition costs only. Prorated tuition refunds are also given in case of withdrawal due to extreme unforeseen circumstances. The home materials are yours to keep and enjoy.



Although you may join our classes at any time, please register early as class vacancies are limited. If you enrol after the semester begins, tuition will be pro-rated accordingly.



Your payment of the deposit reserves your place in a particular class. If in the event the class you have chosen is full, we will contact you to discuss other alternatives.



The remaining tuition fee is due at the beginning of the term in lesson one.



The age recommendations for the Kindermusik programs have been carefully designed to best group children in an age and developmentally appropriate way. Therefore, it is important that your child be at least the minimum age by the start of the semester in which you are enrolling. Please note that the upper ranges are guidelines only and each child is assessed individually to determine where they would be best suited.



We do request that personal toys, drinks and dummies be kept out of sight and that snacks are finished prior to class. We have a NO FOOD policy in our classroom as it helps to keep the floor clean for all children. We also remove our shoes before entering the classroom.



There is a STRICT NO NUTS policy in the studio, including the waiting room as there are some students with severe allergies who attend our classes.



During the class, the most important thing you can do for your child is to be an active and patient role model. It is not uncommon for a child to attend several classes before feeling comfortable. Don't be discouraged - what a child is absorbing in the class is often evidenced in the comfort of the home environment rather than in a certain level of participation in class.



Enrolment in classes at Leisa's Music Place allows you to attend more than one class each week at no extra cost PROVIDED the class has vacancies.
